All Music, and especially Jazz due to its improvisatory nature, is a form of expression that crosses political and idealogical divides. It brings people together from diverse cultural backgrounds in celebration of collaboration.

Jazz has grown out of a place of oppression and pain, a child of the Blues, developing over the past century to become a force for creativity, personal exploration and liberation throughout the world.
